Mason is an undergraduate RA in the CCNC lab double-majoring in Biology and Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry. Mason is passionate about understanding individuals with elevated levels of schizotypy and those living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and has taken an interest in evaluating potential relationships between schizotypy and impulse control disorders. Currently, Mason works under the supervision of Dr. Krista Wisner on a new project studying heat perception in those with schizotypy who use cannabis on a habitual basis.

In his free time, Mason enjoys wrestling with his dog, playing golf, going to the gym, or sitting on the couch with a good book or movie. After graduation, Mason hopes to attend Indiana University School of Medicine, pursuing a career in neurosurgery.
