Alex is an IU alumnus, with a degree in Neuroscience and Spanish. Alex was in the lab since his freshman year. Alex graduated in 2021 and is currently in Medical School! 

Alex has previously worked as a research assistant at Indiana University School of Medicine and was a part of Indiana University's summer Integrated Freshman Learning Experience program the summer before his freshman year. He is also working towards his medical interpreter certification in Spanish.

He is also a member of Indiana University's ballroom dance team.
